Conclusion
Focus: learning environments and users within institutions
From the user perspective we started with the description of roles
and the related activities in learning environments.
For each role we described requirements and related classfications
of requirements.
We create in this way a framework to deduce requested national services.
This condensation process is not concluded.
Focus: national services and institutions (further reflections / visions to discuss) General observations: Users are related to an institution and move in Learning environments. They have access to contents, methods and technics within their learning process. Didactical design of learning environments requests preparation of infrastructure, learning and administration structures and learning scenarios. -- The services give support to teachers and learners in their learning environments within the institutions. -- The same structure can be offered at a national level as services related to communities:
