The goal of the working groups is to prepare the conception of an attractive open source software service for a national e-learning platform (ELP) that will meet the requirements of Swiss institutions of higher education in the long run. This conception will serve as the basis for the evaluation of an open source software (OSS) carried out by SWITCH and edutech.
