Define the required functionality (and/or service types) to be supported at a national level
Could you please give an example. Should we repeat the requirements towards the ELP service or focus on special features, e.g. "has to include an HTML-editor"?

for example:
- Services which cannot be produced by a single University (Hochschule)
- Consultation and services for the Support-teams of each University on didactical, technical and organisational levels (Create an highly qualified community of consulting-specialists)
- Access to modular-conceived content.(commun repository)
- Access to learning-platforms and e-tools which cannot be hosted at your own University (even if -in the near future- some restrictive rules are active at the FHNW)
