Short description of e-Learning acitivities within the institution:

• Users support for the use of Moodle within the HES-SO
• Collaboration on projects
• Helpdesk, FAQ, elaboration of user guide, ...

Current situation:

• Test on Moodle within the HES-SO
• Reflexion about the best way to sustain users

Know-how and vision: I work as assistant in the CCSP Cyberlearn from the HES-SO, coaching teachers. I know the problems they encounter while they develop e-learning contents. We'll have to choose something simple and efficient.

Main interests in e-Learning with regard to the users: Helping them to spare time and energy through an efficient and adaptable tool.
