Stephen Broadbridge: It is quicker to just get the url from the text chat window and paste it into a browser.

Steve Watts: You have to drag it so it's not covering something you want to read

Garry Harper: we hava a similar product here at birmingham and we could host a more techincally focused session

Garry Harper: can i as people what sort of set up they have? mostly how may people are clustered and how may are running non - clustered

Paul Leman: we have a cluster - 2 app nodes at the moment

Stephen Broadbridge: Garyy - We have a two node cluster, Shortly will increase to 3 or more.

Steve Gallagher: we have a three node cluster i think..

Garry Harper: Steve are you moving to three nodes because of load?

Stephen Broadbridge: Currently we are on pilot with only one department. We will go live in Oct with an anticipated 10fold inclrease in througbput. So laod not an issue now but we anticipate it may be.

Paul Leman: we are also thinking about a node to handle admin requests - this wouldn't be a VISTA app node of course

Paul Leman: I mean that users won't access it
