Instruction
When a designer selects the menu "Create File" or "Edit File" the choice of HTML Creator: "on" or "of" is available. Exemple: A Section Designer chooses in the "Build tab" the "Add File" bouton in the Course Content Home. A drop down menu will propose to either "Browse for files" or to "Create File". With Create File a HTML editor can be selected.

The same HTML editor is also available in other tools when writing in text fields is needed./p>
