This 2010 ACM Conference is a premier venue for presenting research in the design and use of technologies that affect groups, organizations, and communities. Although work is an important area of focus for the conference, technology is increasingly supporting a wide range of recreational and social activities, and we embrace the growth of the discipline in the areas of Collaboration, Sociality, Computation, and the Web.

We all know that listening is not learning and that it is quite demanding to deliver a webinar that engages participants actively during 45 minutes. This webinar plans to collect your ideas to engage participants in a webinar while presenting some of our experiences. This should include role acting, collective mind mapping, brainstorming and other gameful activities.

Mit Bildungsinnovation gestärkt aus der Krise

Ziel der Veranstaltung ist die inhaltliche Vertiefung und der Austausch von Erfahrungen zu aktuellen Trends und Themenstellungen wie z.B. E-Assessment und Personal Learning Environments. In der zweitägigen Veranstaltung werden themenspezifische Workshops und Roundtables durchgeführt.

Die Tagung hat den Schwerpunkt «E-Kooperationen und E-Praxis». Im Mittelpunkt stehen (inter)nationale Kooperationsprojekte, Good-Practice-Beispiele zum Einsatz von E-Learning im Bildungsbereich sowie Zukunftsvisionen im Bereich neuer Lehr- und Lernkulturen.

In 2003, in Poitiers during the first international ePortfolio conference, EIfEL set the goal that by 2010 every citizen should have access to an ePortfolio. How effective have we been and far are we from that goal?
